Information on the use of personal data

Information from Sinapto Srl

Dear User,
pursuant to section 13 of Italian legislative decree No. 196/2003, you are hereby informed that Sinapto Srl will use the data you provide in compliance with the law on protecting personal data.

Supplying data is optional, but refusal to do so will make it impossible for us to give you the information you require.

The personal data you provide is collected through data transmission and processed directly, with the aid of electronic instruments and otherwise, for the following purposes:

- purposes connected to the information request service;
- statistical purposes, and for sending promotional material by e-mail or otherwise.

Your data will not in any case be communicated or sold to third parties.
The data will only be seen in Sinapto Srl by specifically appointed staff working in the marketing department.

Pursuant to section 7 of Italian decree law 196/2003, you have the right at any time to receive information from the data supervisor regarding the processing of your data, and the methods, purposes and logic applied, as well as to request:
